The graduate scheme

The deadline for all entries is Wednesday 9 November. Full details and an application form can be downloaded from www.jwt.co.uk. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in November with our recruitment seminar taking place in December. Job offers will be made to successful applicants before Christmas 2005.

Training

You'll be joining a company with a commitment to and investment in training and career development - we have awards under the IPA's Continuous Professional Development to prove it. Training begins the day you join the agency and ends the day you leave. The JWT graduate training scheme lasts three months and includes week-long project programmes in planning, creative, media and production. After the first year, all graduates take part in a global six-day Craft Skills seminar to consolidate and deepen their understanding of the entire communication process.

Pay and benefits

The annual starting salary for graduate trainees is £20,000. In addition, you'll also receive a signing-on bonus and private health care.
