It is launching a new premium division to focus on the Van Wagner portfolio of 70 sites in London. The new division has yet to be named.
The division will also be responsible for selling across formats including golden squares, Mega Sixes, Mega 96s and towers.
Clear Channel is also merging its client and agency sales teams to create a single integrated team. The new team will be headed by Will Ramage, the trading director, who reports to Rob Atkinson, the group sales director.
Atkinson said: "This restructure will provide a more consistent and in-depth approach for how we service agencies and clients alike."
Meanwhile, Pip Hains-worth, the Clear Channel marketing director, has been promoted to the management board. Alex Black has been promoted to head of design and Lucy Stewart to senior research executive.
