6.50am Paris. Not the place - my beautiful daughter. She snuggles up with me in bed, as Anthea, my love, is in New York. Paris turns on the TV.
6.55am SpongeBob SquarePants.
7.15am Nanny here. Order resumed.
7.30am Post arrives. The ad guru and iPod-aholic Nick Hurrell has sent me a copy of iPod, Therefore I Am, flatteringly inscribed by its author, the world's best-dressed editor, Dylan Jones. Inspired, dust down my 2001 G1 5Gb musical Tardis, click Dwele's Truth and run to the gym.
8.40am Cream crackered. The pies are catching up with me.
9.30am Meeting with 3's marketing, entertainment and gaming divisions to work on a script together and discuss launch activity for one of our movies. 3 is gearing up to be one of Generation i's most immersive and measurable distribution platforms.
12.30pm Lunch at Soho House with Publicis' chief executive, the super-clever Grant Duncan.
2.30pm On location. Love and Other Disasters is a witty rom-com written and directed by Alek Keshishian and executive produced by David Fincher. It features Brittany Murphy, Mathew Rhys, Orlando Bloom and Gwyneth Paltrow. Watch playback - very nice.
3.00pm Coincidently, Elvira, Hurrell's impossibly glamorous other half, walks through shot while shopping and almost upstages Murphy.
4.00pm Lawyers. Meet Leon Morgan (entertainment's Roger Alexander) about a movie we are executive producing. The brand contracts have more pages than the script.
5.30pm Groucho. Meet Morgan Stanley and hedge fund partners regarding new tax legislation. E-mail WCRS's LL Cool Jaume and invite him down to set to see 3 in action.
7.00pm Home. Paris is pretending to be asleep. Read to her, call Anthea to say we love her and miss her.
7.30pm LA calls. Discuss remake of Alice in Wonderland. Conference call with Murphy's agent. Ring Leo Burnett's golden boy, Richard Pinder, for a catch-up.
8.45pm Nobu Berkeley opening.
11.30pm Home. Paris is asleep.
11.45pm Raid Paris' sweets. Work on TV format and movie script for Ford.
3.00am Bed. SpongeBob is only a few hours away.
