Co-operative Bank awards i-level internet bank account

Charlie Dobres, chief executive officer at i-level, said: "We are really pleased to win this prestigious project for the Co-operative Bank. They have always stood out from the competition both strategically and culturally and that's the kind of company we like working with."

The launch of 'Smile' will take place on October 28 and details of the service will be announced by the Co-operative Bank later this week.

JWT Melbourne appoints director of account services

LONDON (Campaign) - J. Walter Thompson, Melbourne, has named Tim Hennessy to the position of director of account services.

Hennessy joins JWT in Australia from JWT Poland, where he was deputy managing director of the 97 strong and $65 million billing agency.

Hennessy began his career in 1983, with Allen Brady and Marsh in London where he spent 5 years working across a range of FMCG business. He then spent four years in Australia with FCB before heading for a six year stint in Eastern Europe.
