The competition aims to promote mindfulness, a simple form of meditation that The Mental Health Foundation says is clinically proven to alleviate stress.
The winning entry will be produced by LPA and shot by one of its photographers. The poster will run on 48- and six-sheet Clear Channel posters across the UK this summer.Entries should aim to show the reality of how stress can impact on people's lives and motivate them to make a change.
The competition will be judged by figures from the advertising and media industry, including Sir John Hegarty, the worldwide creative director of Bartle Bogle Hegarty, and Rob Atkinson, the Clear Channel managing director.
