Harri Owen has joined as head of engagement to lead the agency’s digital operations. This will include overseeing social activity for its clients Coca-Cola and Fuller’s, as well as broadening digital skills internally.

Owen was previously freelancing as a digital strategy consultant at Ogilvy & Mather and has worked at DraftFCB and Bartle Bogle Hegarty in the past.

Meanwhile, Nicky Barnes has joined as head of production. She most recently worked on Ikea’s "beds" at Mother London, where she was freelancing. She spent six years at Fallon as the head of TV and a producer.

Neil Simpson, a founding partner at The Corner, said: "The Corner is a collaboration of advertising, technology and culture, and this is a real statement of intent for us as we look to further grow the business.

"Harri has won countless awards in recent years – most notably for the driving dogs campaign for a charity in New Zealand – and will drive our technology credentials.

"Nicky has a fantastic CV, and will strengthen our content creation capabilities as we continue to see greater demand for this from our clients."
