Tempero has 160 social media and strategy experts offering brands and agencies services including insights and community management and moderation. It will now be rebranded as ICUC and become the EMEA base of the global network.
Dominic Sparkes, Tempero’s founder and majority shareholder, will continue to run the business. Jasmine McGarr, Tempero’s chief operating officer, who also owns a stake, will remain in her role.
Sparkes will report to Tracy De Groose, the chief executive of Dentsu Aegis Network UK, and Keith Bilous, the chief executive and president for brand strategy at ICUC.
