DIARY: Bull's no-door policy gets Bowles' back up

The arrival of the giant, shaven-headed, earring-sporting Matthew Bull at Lowe, one of the country's most old-school ad agencies, really does seem to spell change.

He's culling the board and installing a new management team and, in the spirit of open-mindedness, making the new management team more approachable.

With this in mind, Bull recently had all the doors, including his own, removed from managers' offices. Bull by name, Bull in a china shop by nature, he didn't ask first, but simply had them removed.

Staff became aware of the change when a furious cry was heard: "Lizzie, where the fuck has my door gone?" Lizzie, the PA to the managing director, Jeremy Bowles, informed her boss of the new scheme. But Bowles is having none of this newfangled love-in nonsense. It does pose one question, however. What is he hiding?

Digital marketing executives oversee the online marketing strategy for their organisation. They plan and execute digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organisation's website(s).
