Diary: M&C gets a taste of its own medicine from Al

John Lewis got a bit grumpy about those M&C Saatchi ads that take the piss out of "middle England's best loved department store" and suggest would-be customers visit dixons.co.uk to get their audio- visual kit at a nice price.

However, Big Al's Creative Emporium decided the best riposte was a piss-taker of its own - an ad spoofing M&C's famously minimalist reception and the people therein.

The thought of feeling "your testicles shrivel to the size of Nigella's nibbles" when the agency spells out its charges is a truly eye-watering prospect.
