DIARY: This moustache can't disguise nepotism at work in WCRS's 118 ad

Times might be hard for some of those working in adland, but the former WCRS account men Toby Pschorr and Kuba Wieczorek don't have any excuse for sending their young sons to work in advertising's equivalent of down the mines or up a chimney.

They have both left WCRS - and coincidentally they have both landed account roles at Fallon - but before their departures, they ensured their little darlings landed parts on one of WCRS's 118 118 television spots.

Pschorr, who worked on the 118 118 business, drafted his five-year-old lad Oskar for an appearance as one of the kids in the "Rocky" spot. Meanwhile, Wieczorek was busy using his inside contacts (the WCRS creative team) to get his own son, six-year-old Oscar, the gig of shouting the "Got your number" voiceover on the same ad.

So ambitious and secretive were they that they only discovered that both sons featured in the same ad during a water cooler moment at Fallon.

Both are now working on getting Oskar and Oscar into any Sony advertising that Pschorr can push their way. Both boys enjoyed the experience but Pschorr revealed: "My lad is the one in the 'Rocky' stills you always use, the fella with the gay posture with his back to camera - no idea where he got that from."
