DIARY: Naked's growth brings Harlow back in touch with his family history

We all admire advertising folk who stay in touch with their roots, but the Naked Communications founder John Harlow has taken this a little too far.

Having selected an unused church as the ideal place for the new home of Naked Amsterdam, Harlow decided to take his dear old mum to see it.

Imagine his shock when she calmly announced that not only were the agency's new offices situated on the street where she was born, but that the church in question was the very church that she was christened in.

Harlow is adamant that the whole thing was just an unlikely coincidence.

However, the whole incident has given rise to the occasional flashback.

He's even managed to locate a nearby park in which he remembers once being stung by a wasp.

Ahh. How cute.
