DIARY: OMD's Uva gets a thrill as Pammi goes full-on

While we're always amazed by the dank and sordid exploits of many at media agencies, it seems that one man is not afraid to let it all hang out in public.

Well perhaps not quite all, but Joe Uva, OMD's global chief executive, was recently subjected to some pretty full-on advances from everyone's favourite pneumatic blonde Pamela Anderson.

While attending Upfront, Viacom's annual New York show and schmoozeathon for media agencies, Uva was jumped upon by a cavorting Pammi, who leapt from the stage into his arms. Maybe she thought that he had more to offer her in the love department than her current squeeze, Kid Rock.

However, we're assured that it was all part of an act.

Needless to say, we hear the OMD regional heads have already booked their plane tickets for next year's event.
