DIARY: Things are hotting up in the Fantasy League

Christine Asbury's aptly named fantasy agency, Thunderstorm, has

truly stormed up the Fantasy Agency League this month, netting no fewer

than 124 points.

The praiseworthy performance wins the freelance Asbury a palm pilot,

courtesy of Metro, the League's sponsor.

What was her winning formula? Mo Saatchi as her agency chairman has

helped.

As has the safe-bet choice of creative director - Mother's Robert

Saville.

But also of significance has been St Luke's dogged new-business

director, Juliet Soskice.

All in all, her total is 296 points. That's still only enough to secure

her tenth place in the League. PHD's Kathleen Saxton is blazing an

enviable trail: she holds third position with the 352 points won by her

team, Daisley Pressman Saxton.

So who will secure the giant Consignia account? Will HHCL & Partners

fight off the challenge for Tango from Clemmow Hornby Inge and

TBWA/London?

Keep track of the big account winners and losers in Campaign's news

pages every week.
