"What is the point of having a brand name like Bulldog if you're not going to use it somehow? And if you do choose to ignore it, surely you have to come up with something equally memorable? This just isn't it. The conversation between the little girl and her father is toe-curling, the dancing crowd of people chanting 'Open the gate' is inexplicable and the animated gate and field scene is just bizarre. The fact that no-one will remember who this ad is for is probably a blessing in disguise for the brand."
