Fawcett was hired from Mindshare by PHD’s chief executive Mike Cooper as a key part of his global management team as PHD looked to build its network.

However, the Omnicom media network announced this afternoon that Fawcett is leaving by mutual consent.

PHD will not look for an immediate replacement for Fawcett, who had been involved in successful pitches such as Canon Europe.
