As part of a new campaign, Domino's is displaying customer feedback - good and bad - on a 4,630-square-foot billboard in Times Square, New York, and has launched a TV ad starring real Domino's store managers.
The store managers Jess Hreniuk and Jose Castillo star in the TV ad, which aims to show the attention placed on customer feedback in a Domino’s store and also the surprise at seeing people's comments on the brand in Times Square.
Customers who have feedback displayed on the billboard receive a link to a video clip of their comment.
