Draft London appoints Brian Dargan and Erminia Blackden planning directors

Draft London has filled its top strategic role with the appointment of two joint planning directors.

Brian Dargan, who joins from Bright, will work alongside Erminia Blackden, who has been promoted internally from her role as a senior planner.

Dargan and Blackden replace Karen Enver, who left the agency in October last year to take an equivalent role at Lida.

The changes to the agency's planning department are part of an initiative intended to tailor the creative planning process more tightly to clients' business needs. The changes are being spearheaded by the managing director, John Minnec.

Dargan spent the past year at Bright as a senior planner. Before that, he held an equivalent role at Chemistry after spending two years as a planner at Oasis.
