Based in Edinburgh, the Boroughloch Group is one of Scotland's leading independent marketing groups and consisting of four divisions: the Boroughloch, sales promotion; Carlina Responsive Advertising, direct marketing; Creative Sampling, field and event marketing; and Fine Blue Line, design and new media.
