Drum takes to the stage

The agency Drum has been at the forefront of many content innovations, and its latest effort is no different.

Last week, Simon Wells, its executive producer, launched a musical for the glam-rock legend Marc Bolan. The musical production of 20th Century Boy is now at the New Wolsey Theatre in Ipswich ahead of an expected move to the West End early next year. For Wells, who has already left his mark on the nation's consciousness with his Shake 'n' Vac ad, the musical is a culmination of two years' work and, if successful, it could be made into a feature film. Good work.
