Dyson appoints MediaVest

- Dyson, the British company that developed the revolutionary Dyson Dual Cyclone bagless vacuum cleaner, has appointed MediaVest to handle it's $10 million media strategy and planning account outside of the UK and Ireland.

It is understood that Dyson awarded the business following a two-way competitive pitch against the incumbent on the UK business, Concord.

A Dyson spokesman said: "Dyson is looking forward to a good working relationship with MediaVest. We feel confident that they understand our products and technology, which is of prime importance when appointing an agency."
