EDITORIAL: Guidelines must be backed by actions

Any agreement which unites communication industry bodies in a common cause is all very well. But actions speak louder than words. So it is to be hoped that the major trade bodies putting their names to new guidelines covering best practice for agency selection and agency-client relationships honour their obligations and don't just pay lip-service to them.
