Editorial: Reasoned debate key to obesity problem

Given the current climate, the news that advertisers, agencies, media owners and the Government are uniting to fight obesity could hardly be better timed.

Let's just hope that everybody involved - particularly the Government - understands that there's no quick fix for the obesity problem. It would be tragic if such a bold initiative were crushed under the weight of over-expectation.
