Emap has restructured the company significantly in the last five years improving both its revenues and operating profits by extending its customer base into new areas, particularly fmcg.

Emap intends to retain a close commercial relationship with Insert, which will continue to provide poster advertising for the group's French magazine titles. Insert had net assets of FF 10.5 million (£1.04 million) as of March 31.
