- Emap has appointed two UK directors to head up its its recently acquired US operation, Emap Petersen.
Tom Moloney, who is currently chief executive of Emap Consumer Magazines, has been named Emap Petersen's president and chief operating officer while John Baillie, currently Emap's director of finance and treasury, will be chief financial officer.
Moloney takes over in part from James Dunning, chairman and chief executive officer of Emap Petersen who has relinquished his title as president. Baillie replaces Richard Willis, who left the company to become vice president at Baylor University. Both appointments are effective from 1 April.
Emap acquired Petersen Companies for $1.5 billion in January.
