The pair's spot, "mix" for the Peugeot 107, uses a catchy dance track to communicate the benefits of the car.
Runners-up in the October award, held in association with Campaign, were Dan Glover-James and Adam Thompson of Publicis for their "flesh" spot for Renault vans, and Curtis Brittles and Will Bates of M&C Saatchi for their "afterlife" ad for ITV1.
The October Aerials were judged by Nik Studzinski, the executive creative director of Publicis. He said: "Car advertising is difficult. Doubly so on the radio. But this ad does a good job of standing out among the wall of voiceovers that has become radio advertising." Studzinski's views on the ads can be heard at www.privatehear.co.uk.
The winning and shortlisted ads can be heard at www.aerialsfoundation.co.uk.
The winners of each monthly Aerial Award go through to an annual awards ceremony.
