Euro RSCG Sydney wins global Jacob's Creek advertising account

LONDON - Euro RSCG in Sydney has won the global creative advertising account for Pernod Ricard's Australian wine brand Jacob's Creek.

The agency pitched against Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO and DDB in Australia. The incumbent on the account was the Adelaide-based agency Clemenger BBDO.

In April 2008, Euro RSCG won a place on the Pernod Ricard roster when it took over global advertising duties for Pernod Ricard’s Chivas Regal Scotch whisky brand from the incumbent, TBWA\Worldwide.
Clemenger BBDO's latest work for Jacob’s Creek, which launched last December, revolved around promoting the Baz Luhrmann film Australia.
