Red Letter Days launched in 1989 to offer experiences such as spa days and hot air ballooning as gifts to consumers and businesses. It has recently moved to offering gifts through its website as well as by phone or brochure.
Its Christmas ad campaign, through Mason & Glyde, featured the line "So you think you've seen every Christmas gift. You ain't seen nothing yet".
