Oystercatchers has been instructed to manage the pitch process and agencies have been sent a request for information.

Experian hired BBH in February last year after a four-way competitive pitch. Red Brick Road previously worked with Experian but did not repitch.

BBH was asked to create a fully integrated, multimedia campaign for Experian’s CreditExpert service, which gives people access to their credit score.

PHD has overseen Experian’s media since 2012. It was previously handled by Maxus, while Harvest worked on digital display.

Experian director of marketing Lauren Darby left in July 2016 to join rival company Elevate. She was succeeded by Louise Nickson.
