Express Newspapers to back sites with £10m campaign

- Express Newspapers is backing its online properties with an estimated £10 million advertising campaign for which it is currently seeking an agency.

The account will include work on Daily Express site, Sportlive and the lads focused site MegaStar.

The move follows an announcement earlier this year by parent company, United News & Media, to invest £270 million into UK internet operations.

It has recently backed its internet service provider business, LineOne, which it jointly owns with BT, with a major advertising campaign.
