FCB expands worldwide board

The move gives the board international, direct marketing, healthcare, media and marketing strategy expertise. Among those joining is Tony Douglas, the former chief executive of the Central Office of Information, who was recently appointed chairman and regional director, FCB Europe.

Other newly-appointed board members include Ben Barnes, president and chief executive officer, FCB Asia/Pacific; Mike Bosman, group chief executive FCB Africa; Tina Cohoe, chief creative officer, FCB Direct Worldwide and president, FCB Direct New York; John Loden, president and chief executive officer, FCB HealthCare; Stewart Pearson, chief operating officer, FCB Direct Worldwide, and Fred Wray, worldwide head of media, FCB.

The FCB Board currently comprises eight senior executives. It was created in 1996, when Brendan Ryan was named Chairman and CEO of FCB Worldwide.
