FCB staff to lead new DraftFCB line-up

John Minnec and Nigel Jones, the DraftFCB co-presidents, have revealed the new management structure of its UK office, with former FCB staff dominating the top posts.

Andrew Fraser has been named the executive creative director; Enda McCarthy becomes its managing director; and Simon Calvert is the new executive planning director.

All three held equivalent roles at FCB and will sit on an executive board with Minnec, Jones and the finance director, Cameron Taylor, formerly of Draft.

The agency has also created a management board of eight managing partners. Each partner will take a management title to reflect their area of responsibility. From Draft, the former creative director, Arthur Parshotam, takes an equivalent role; Brian Dargan, the former head of planning, becomes the planning director; Ian Cruikshank, previously the agency's client services director, takes an equivalent post. Sue Charles becomes the head of account management and Iain Noakes takes the role of head of data. Both held the same titles at Draft.

From FCB, Mark Barnard, previously the client services director, becomes the marketing director, while Victoria Findlay, the agency's former new-business director, takes the same role at DraftFCB.

Carolyn Stebbings, the former managing director of FCBi, has been made the regional head of Motorola for the EMEA region. FCBi's creative director, Dan Douglas, is considering his options.

Minnec said: "Our new management line-up will propel the new DraftFCB across the advertising frontier."

Jones added: "The new management team is a mix of individuals with experience drawn from all the key disciplines."
