First USA signs $90 million ad deal with Microsoft

- Microsoft has struck a five-year $90 million advertising deal with credit card issuer First USA to advertise its cards across a number of Microsoft's Websites. The deal will see First USA advertise and sponsor sites including Hotmail, Carpoint, MSNBC and MSN Gaming Zone among others.
