Atelier, the Leo Burnett lifestyle and luxury division, was selected after a competitive pitch. The shop partnered with the Publicis-owned sister agency Rosetta, which will handle the customer engagement part of the brief.
The appointment means that Atelier is responsible for the luxury hotel chain’s advertising, local marketing, CRM and creative design activity, including tactical work and support for new projects.
The appointment comes after the hotel group conducted a review of its global advertising requirements, managed by R3.
The incumbent, TBWA, won the global account in 2012.
