Thirteen staff, including commercial development manager Paul

Lanzarotti, senior group manager Simon Moss and group ad manager Rob

Debenham, had their wallets confiscated and were dispatched to a convent

in Roehampton, South-west London.

Armed with just their mobile phones, the penniless team was instructed

to raise a minimum of pounds 500 for a local special needs school and

undertake 25 challenges that would seriously test their blagging

skills.

For four days, the managers rose at 6am and ran around London looking

for an 8lb fish, two reptiles and 108 golf balls. They also squeezed

into a Mini, did a parachute jump, built a house of playing cards, drove

a fire engine and delivered milk to the local neighbourhood.

As Media Business went to press, the team had raised just over pounds

2,000.

They had also acquired a large North American corn snake and a leopard

gecko. The team would like to thank Just Media, Target Media, Moriati,

Salamon Company, Carreras Lathane and a host of other agencies and

recruitment companies for their donations.
