GALLERY 13: Opel N-joy - Semi Trailer

This spot has all the trappings of the average car commercial - beautiful landscape, stretching road and enthusiastic drivers - but with a twist. It features a group of hitchhikers who hail a transporter loaded with a shipment of Opels. But their eventual mode of transport proves to be a far cry from a downbeat lorry cab. Director Van Rensburg follows through on a strategy designed to attract the brand's quirky, fun-loving target audience, and also manages to showcase the South African landscape to its best advantage in the process.
