GALLERY 24: AGF - Lloyd, Rise & Shine, Blow

Canadian investment fund AGF quietly announces its sponsorship of the Toronto Film Festival with these 'trailers'. Incredibly simple, they merely show locked-off shots of trailer parks and their inhabitants, including Lloyd, who does an impressive trick involving a cigarette. The sepia telecine, subtle sound design and attention to detail make these minimalist idents work - such as the distant cry of "Oh, Darlene!" at the end of the third spot as one trailer-dweller short-circuits the entire park.
