"At last, we have a heartfelt campaign for BT Business in which many agency nightmares are brought to life. There's the presentation that won't start, the IT fiasco, the ridiculous titles (an executive creative director writes) and the rhino-skinned and digitally-inept chairman. The style is somewhere between Sedelmaier and The Office, which is a dangerous place to be. But each ad is made with such care and skill that the campaign succeeds in making you both laugh with recognition and cry at the painful memories." (LJ)
