Iceton will manage the Kinetic team and has been tasked with driving sales by targeting non out-of-home media channels and increasing Exterion’s visibility with Kinetic, the WPP-owned agency.
He joins Chris Chater, the agency group sales director for Posterscope, and Katie Ingram, the agency group sales director for Rapport/Talon.
The move comes after Exterion Media created a new commercial division called EM Solutions earlier this year.
Iceton will report into Mark Heather, who was promoted to national sales director in February as part of the UK restructure, and will join Exterion Media on 1 September.
Iceton joined JCDecaux as a senior business development manager for retail and POS in 2004. Prior to this he worked at Haymarket Publishing, joining in 2002.
