The Guardian Unlimited is to further expand its digital presence with the announcement of a content deal with Orange's WAP mobile phone service.

Headlines, features, comment and analysis from Guardian Unlimited's flagship news site is now accessible via Orange WAP phones.

A second stage of content will follow later this year when content from the Guardian's Film Unlimited and Jobs Unlimited sites is added.

Orange WAP phone users will be able to read film reviews, access Film Unlimited's what's on guide and national cinema search facility.

Access the Jobs Unlimited on WAP will allow keyword search, enabling job seekers to keep up to date with suitable vacancies, or be contacted automatically should a dream job appear to match the user's criteria.

Geoff Inns, business development manager of Guardian Unlimited said, "Guardian Unlimited is leading the field in delivering useful, quality information on mobile platforms. This deal with Orange demonstrates our commitment to making Guardian Unlimited content, and now interactive services, available wherever, whenever."
