Hachette Filipacchi has appointed Judith Secombe as its director of sales.

Secombe, former group publisher of Psychologies, Red and Sugar magazines since April 2007, replaces Tony Long who has left the company after four years to pursue other interests.

Secombe, who joined Hachette in 2005, takes up her appointment with immediate effect, reporting to Hachette Filipacchi UK chairman Kevin Hand.

Anna Jones, marketing and digital director, will assume temporary responsibility for the publishing function of Red, Psychologies and Sugar, until the appointment of a new group publisher, which will announced at a later date. Jones will continue to manage Hachette’s digital operations.

Reid Holland, circulation and subscriptions director, will assume temporary responsibility for marketing at Hachette’s marketing function in addition to his existing responsibilities.
