New business / billings: £172m + £25m new business in 2013 (£197m total)

Summary of the year so far: "2013 has seen Initiative enter an exciting new era. The agency’s new & highly compelling ‘Barefoot Running’ proposition, founded upon the principles of Fast, Brave, Decisive, Simple has delivered immediate success. It has helped bring in over £22m worth of new business wins, as well as award-winning work for its client Tesco at the 2013 AOP Awards. It has also helped attract an impressive array of new talent. Anna Watkins, Managing Director of Initiative UK, has made exciting new hires with David Grainger joining as Head of Strategy and Kristian Bright as Performance Director. Insight Director Ben Haley and a new Head of Innovation will shortly be joining. There are big things on the horizon for an agency that is going from strength to strength. "
