Campaign asked the ad and media industry to rate and summarise their performance so far in 2014, ahead of our School Reports for 2015. Here's how AIS view the first six months of their year.

Summary of the year so far: "After a hectic start to 2014, it’s nice to take a minute to review all the exciting stuff we’ve been up to.

We kicked things off with a bang, taking both Waitrose and National Express under our wing. All the while working on plenty of new briefs for our existing accounts, like Škoda, Mitchells & Butlers, Liberis and Vodafone. Then to mix things up, we added Pernod Ricard to our growing list of clients, winning their social media accounts for Absolut Vodka and Malibu Rum. Plus, we’ve been busy pointing Garmin in the right direction, working with our sister agency, Havas Media.

As a result, we've been recruiting like mad and have welcomed some great new talent to the agency. Like Daryl Frost as Head of Planning (previously at BBH) and Paul Sparrow as our new Head of Design (from Publicis).

To top all that, we’ve been enjoying our best ever year in terms of awards, including a couple of Cannes Lions and a Creative Circle Gold."
