Summary of the year so far: "2014 got off to a cracking start with the arrival of Naked founder Jon Wilkins as our Exec Chairman, proof of our ‘no wanker’ hiring policy and our commitment to be the most progressive agency in town. New business wins included the £16m Iceland account as well as all of DFS’s data, direct and content work. 

Dave Buonaguidi departed to launch a free creative college and a studio, which we’re delighted to be backing. This leaves the creative department in the capable hands of Caitlin Ryan, Sam Walker and Joe de Souza who are helping us create an even greater and more diverse array of work, ranging from in-store mobile experiences for Magnum, with Unilever Foundry (we’re the only creative agency they work with), daily content for Onken and butt-clenching Vine vids for Virgin Active. Nicola Mendelsohn even made a re-appearance as our client for the Creative Industries Council campaign. Campaign chose us as Pick of the Week twice: for Virgin Active and the BBC WW1 season launch campaign, thanks guys.

Finally, our latest big news is the acquisition of leading mobile specialists, Nice Agency, helping us deliver further cross-discipline solutions for our clients. Exciting times ahead. Bring it on!"
