New business / billings: £23.5 million

Summary of the year so far: This is already a breathtakingly successful year. Our amazing run of new business continues with £23.5 million of additional billings. We’ve added Halifax, MoneySuperMarket and SSE with four more wins yet to be officially announced. Twenty five per cent growth over the last two years has made us the largest Proximity office in the network. This growth has triggered a staggering 67 new hires since January. John Treacy lured John Vinton from AIS. We’ve enticed Matt North from Wunderman and Oli Guest from DigitasLBi. Our unstoppable Creative Intelligence proposition has driven fantastic new work. The Mother’s Day event for Oxfam is already winning the attention of Awards Judges. Our RNLI Beach Smart multi-channel campaign has smashed response benchmarks. And the new Mondelez work will rewrite the rules of social engagement. What makes these initiatives so compelling? We dig deeper with our research. We find those nuggets of ‘Red Data’ that unlock the key psychological insights and triggers to inspire head-turning, behaviour changing creative executions. With all this work, all this growth, you might think we’ve no time for anything else. Yet we still know how to party. What’s more, in 2014 alone, we’ve devoted 200 working hours to helping community initiatives in Westminster.
