HHCL picks up £5m Hero launch brief

HHCL United has scooped the £5 million account for Fruit Today, the health drink from the Swiss-based jam and cereal manufacturer Hero Foods.

The pitch for the business, which was handled by the AAR, saw HHCL go up against Beattie McGuinness Bungay and Fallon.

Hero Foods is launching Fruit Today with the proposition that drinking it provides consumers with two of their recommended five daily portions of fruit and vegetables.

The winning work is believed to show how inconvenient unprepared fruit is when compared with drinking Fruit Today.

Earlier this year, HHCL was hired to handle project work for Innocent, the UK-based smoothie manufacturer. Innocent is now looking for another creative agency.

A pitch for the Fruit Today media business is ongoing.
