HOTLINE: Bill Young formerly of Van den Bergh & Jurgens has died

Bill Young, the former marketing director of Unilever's Van den Bergh & Jurgens division, has died after battling throat and neck cancer. He is best remembered for switching the entire ad budget for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter into press at only five days' notice in 1991 after watchdogs banned its TV launch.
