Emap has restructured its Advertising and Performance divisions following a round of redundancies last week. Jason Trout, whose role as the deputy sales director of magazines was axed, will head digital advertising sales for Emap Performance. Matt Dacey, the former head of content at O2, has been made the commercial director of mobile.
