Hotline: French court ruling over WPP

A French court has ruled that WPP must release documents relating to a row with Aegis Media over alleged client poaching by KR Media, the Paris-based agency in which WPP owns a 20 per cent stake. Aegis alleged Bruno Kemoun and Eryck Rebbouh, the founders of KR Media, illegally poached clients to take to the new agency, and, despite an initial victory in court, the new ruling means WPP will be forced to hand documents and data to Aegis
