Hotline: Hearst appoints Anna Jones

Hearst Magazines UK has appointed Anna Jones as the acting chief operating officer, reporting to its chief executive, Arnaud de Puyfontaine.

Hearst, which acquired Hachette Filipacchi in August, has also appointed Meribeth Parker, Judith Secombe, Ella Dolphin and Alun Williams as group publishing directors. Rebecca Miskin has been named the digital strategy director, while the group publishing director, Tess McLeod Smith, has resigned.
