Hotline: Keith McMillan dies

Keith McMillan, the former Royal Ballet dancer turned photographer who took many of Campaign's most iconic pictures through the 70s, 80s and 90s, has died.

McMillan, whose photographic subjects ranged from prime ministers to musicians such as John Lennon and Mick Jagger, was a key architect of Campaign's photographic style, and his pictures have become synonymous with advertising's golden era.
